Harris Kreichman Awarded 2020 Certified Association of National Advertisers
(ANA) Marketing Professional designation
Harris Kreichman Becomes a 2020 Certified ANA Marketing Professional
For professionals in the marketing field, becoming certified by the Association of National Advertisers as a Marketing Professional is a huge feat, shares marketing specialist Harris Kreichman. This is why for Harris, being awarded the Certified Association of National Advertisers Marketing Professional designation the first time was a truly huge deal. This year, he becomes a 2020 Certified ANA Marketing Professional, a double feat that not many email marketing professionals have achieved.
The CAMP Program
To become a certified ANA Marketing Professional, you have to successfully complete the Certified ANA Marketing Professional program. To give you an idea of what the CAMP program is, ANA defines it as such;
“CAMP is a rigorous, 35-hour online certification program that has been developed specifically with the ANA marketer in mind. Covering the entire marketing process, from brand strategy and brand activation, to marketing implementation across digital, direct, and analytic applications, CAMP represents the full spectrum of marketing activities that every marketer should be familiar with.”
According to Harris Kreichman, not everyone who participates in the online certification program becomes ANA-certified as a comprehensive assessment of the participant follows after completing the CAMP program. CAMP certification is valid for one year.
CAMP Re-certification
In order to keep your CAMP certification current, you must earn ten continuing education units through any of the conferences, trainings, or workshops conducted or sponsored by the Association of National Advertisers; or by using other tools provided by the same. These include conferences like the ANA National Conferences, which are equivalent to six continuing education units (6 CEUs) each; the ANA 1-Day Conference, which is equivalent to three continuing education units (3 CEUs); and ANA Committee Meetings, equivalent to three continuing education units (3 CEUs).
There are also 1-day, two-day, full-day, and half-day workshops, with each one having its own number of credit units. For more information on the CAMP program and recertification requirements, kindly visit the ANA website.
